The Saudi International Boat Show is pleased to announce that Al-Tayyar Travel Group has been appointed as the Official Destination Management Company and is able to assist you with all your hotel, visa and travel requirements. All visitors to Saudi Arabia need a valid entry visa. Exhibitors should obtain a business visa before traveling to Saudi Arabia. The organiser will assist to obtain a
business visa to all exhibitors.

Please note the following:

• By resolution of Arab League, no Arab state recognises the validity of passport containing Israeli stamps.
• Visas are required by everyone with exception of travelers holding passports from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and UAE.
• Visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must abide by the country’s Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society’s values and traditions.
• The organiser cannot be held responsible for any exhibitor who fails to adhere to the strict timeframes and procedures for obtaining a visa and in time for the show.
  

Please provide the required documents for the visa assistance program and fill the FORMS:

• Photocopy of Passport.
• Two photographs 'Passport type'.
• One company letter with company stamp. (Exhibitors Only)
